Ways to save

Every discount below is applied to your remaining balance after the qualifying deposit has been paid. Call the office at (501) 623-5983 for terms and how to claim.

Discounts

  • Summer Kickoff and End of Summer pricing: $100 off

    Camp 1 (June 7–12) and Camp 6 (July 12–17) are $1,110 instead of $1,210. No code or application needed; the price is already reflected when you register.

  • Military Service Discount: 15% off

    For active-duty, reserve, or National Guard families. A guardian must be currently serving. To claim, email a photocopy of the guardian's current military ID to info@brookhillranch.com.

  • Teacher Discount: 10% off

    For families primarily supported by a full-time educator's salary. The guardian must be a teacher for the current school year. To claim, email a photocopy of the guardian's current teacher ID to info@brookhillranch.com.

  • Full-Time Ministry Discount: 15% off

    For families whose primary income comes from serving as a gospel-centered minister, pastor, or missionary. Call the office to claim.

  • Multi-Child Discount: 15% off the third camper and beyond

    For families with three or more siblings attending in the same summer. All must have a registered status for Summer 2027. The first two campers are full price.

Bring a Friend Promo

Share Brookhill with families who have never attended camp. For every new family you refer, earn $50 off per new camper, with no limit.

Referral rewards

  • 3 referrals: a free Brookhill T-shirt of your choice.
  • 5 referrals: a $100 Brookhill gift card, plus the reward above.
  • 7 referrals: 50% off your camper's session, plus the rewards above.

How it works

  • New families receive an email from the Brookhill office with a form where they list the one person who referred each camper.
  • Both campers must have a registered session status.
  • Referrals don't apply to siblings and are for the current summer only.
  • Can be combined with other discounts and the BCF Scholarship. Applied to the final payment.
